WHAT IS ZiNG SOCK CLUB?

ZiNG Sock Club is a subscription sock service, delivering random socks monthly.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping is FREE, your monthly sock supply typically arrives 3-8 business days after your purchase. A confirmation shipping email will be delivered.

IF I PURCHASED AN ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION, WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD GET CHARGED AFTER THE FIRST PAYMENT?

Your credit card will be processed on the same day of the month, every month going forward for the length of your subscription.

CAN I RETURN MY SOCKS?

Yes, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your socks that are unworn, defective or damaged during shipping. ALL TAG’S MUST BE ATTACHED

Worn and damaged or altered products will not be accepted for returns.

We are happy to accept returns but because our platform is focused on the socks being a surprise, we will not accept returns simply based on you not liking it.

DO I GET TO PICK OUT MY SOCKS?

Not at ZiNG Sock Club! ZiNG Sock Club likes to keep it a surprise but we ensure you will never get the same pair twice.

ARE THE SOCKS FEATURED ON YOUR WEBSITE THE ONES I WILL BE RECEIVING?

We try not to be the one to ruin the surprise but a few of our designs can be found on the images on our website. The images on our website can be a reflection of what to expect.

WHAT SIZE SOCKS DO YOU HAVE?

CAN I BUY YOUR SOCKS IN BULK?

We can make that happen. Just email [email protected] with your request and we will get back to your shortly.

CAN I CANCLE MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

Of course, but we wouldn’t want to see you walking away without wearing our socks. You can either log in and simply cancel or send us an email [email protected] and we will handle it for you.

IF I PURCHASED A GIFT FOR SOMEONE, WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW WHEN THE GIFT ENDS?

All gift subscriptions are one time payments with no reoccurring payments in the future. Gifts will not renew!

DO YOU HAVE ANY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTIONS?

The closest to a trial is our 3 Time Gift Package, but you could always sign up for a monthly subscription and control how long it lasts.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Definitely! You can either log in and manually control it or just send us an email at [email protected] and we will assist you.

CAN I GET REQUEST TO GET THE SAME SOCK AGAIN?

Please do! If you like something enough and want to get it again just email[email protected] with the request.

REFUND POLICY:

We will gladly refund the cost of any order made because of an error, as long as the product has not been shipped.

For our subscribers who have paid in full, we can issue a refund up to 90 days after the original purchase date for any existing months. After 90 days, we are unable to process any refunds.

We can cancel any future socks on a subscription and stop the processing once we are notified.

Remember we do not provide refunds for an item that you simply don’t like, but that doesn’t happen often.
